This month, we’re proud to highlight three teammates who are putting our DE&I values into action. Angela Le is championing female leadership through SHINE, helping to create more opportunities and visibility for women across Etex. Loren Milice recently mentored high school girls through Capital Filles, inspiring the next generation of women in industry. Paulina Marchelek, both a DE&I Ambassador and Senior EHS Expert, is playing a key role in monitoring and strengthening our inclusion efforts across the organisation.
Their stories are powerful examples of what inclusion looks like in action, and a reminder of the positive impact we can have when we lift each other up.
